I have a vortex brain too. It's an intense pursuit or not at all. Work, non-work-work side-project-takeovers etc. Checking-in with the value return vs time/energy spent helps me to zoom-out + break things into the chunks that will give maximum life return. A book 'deep work' helped with swapping my vortex-focus for something more measured. 'the war of art' is good for the flats. Just getting started with meditation, I think it helps. As does running (personally). Take care. 🛠 ✌️
