Zachary Horvitz is a rising junior at Brown University, concentrating in computer science and anthropology. He presents at Microsoft Research background on issues around “broken window policing” and his work over the summer at the ACLU of Massachusetts on exploring data and building data visualization tools to better understand arrest data and outcomes in Massachusetts.
