The JavaFX is a new framework intended to support desktop applications and web browsers. It is generally a java platform for creating rich internet applications that can run on a large variety of devices. Since this is a framework for Java, the code written is not machine dependent. The current release provides support for desktop applications.

Very nice…all tutorials of all languages are very simply explained and understood quickly…One simple request from me.please make one part of all language tutorials…Java ,C , c++, python, java fx, bootstrap, maven and mangoES is there present…but sure to make of all others..Thanks…

I like the tutorial, BUT this guy puts in stuff that doesnt have to do anything with JavaFX. If so is not able to install eclipse plugins, if so doesnt know what lamda expressions are then he needs to go back to other tutorials… The content of this tutorial is limited by unnecessary stuff… if i want to learn about java I ll go to a java tutorial…

I dont see data persistence or access to db? Do you have a to do list stored in db tables? How about linking to SOAP or Restful services?
