In this video we will see How to reformat and partition a hard drive on a Windows PC.
Disk partitioning is essentially separating the hard disk into different sections or parts for storage. If you want to try a new operating system without overwriting your main Windows drive, you can do this partitioning the hard drive.

Partitioning the hard disk also makes it possible to multiboot different operating systems. In addition to creating multiboot configurations, you can also use partitions as extra storage mediums for specific files or for backing up important files.

5 GB is not 5000 MB. 1024 MG=1GB, so 5GB = 5120 MG

Let me elaborate a little. The author of this video was using 1000 for calculating mg and gb. This is like saying pi is 3.14. It's not very accurate. I am old school and I started working with computers before using gigabits was common. In my day a large hard drive was only 110 mb and ram was in the 4 kb. I started back in the late 80's. No, I don't know everything but what I do know is solid. I am constantly learning and evolving.
