Thanks for the advice. I really appreciate. It was so refreshing to hear. I'm interested in full stack development so I've been looking for videos to learn it.

I have been recruiting many people and I think being honest about what you know and what you don't is a very important thing. I don't mind compromising some skills over having an honest person at my team. Also it's more important to show how fast you can learn more than having 2 million skills that you only know the buzz words!

I think if people want to succeed as developers they need to embrace learning in general, it is so important 🙂

Yes, certainly. "Learning" is definitely a life skill, and it's important life kill to have. I think too many people think of it as just an action/verb that you only do once, while in university or school and then never do it again.

AdSense and Video Monetization is not available in Namibia either. I know a few people from Namibia who register their YouTube channels in South Africa, and bank with South African banks, since we are a neighboring country most of our banks are in their country too. So they still get paid and stuff. Maybe you can try do that with one of your neighboring countries? Or maybe just a foreign country that allows you to open a bank account. 🙂

im glad that people like you're sharing this experience with/in an accessible platform like youtube. because alot of people (including me) are so confused when it comes to where should i play around at. and we kinda just imagining how the industry is. not really having clear image of how the industry was. it was kinda shady tbh
