Is the "Your Info" tab still available, as well as Site Map, Advance Settings, or are these paid features now?

We do not have a recommended method at the moment, you may want to read through the article: yoast.com/meta-keywords

If you edit the post/page then yes you would keep the url with your new content

You would likely want to have the search engine recrawl your site and that should update the title. For Google you would want to fetch your site as Google

If your site is hosted online then yes search engines will start to find your site. If you submit a sitemap: www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/what-is-a-wordpress-sitemap-how-to-create-a-sitemap-in-wordpress/ it can find your site faster.

I don't understand your answer. Are you saying to get a hosting company like Godaddy and have them host my website? Then once my blog is put up on the web, my blog descriptions will automatically be placed on Google search engine?

If the information is added to your posts correctly then you would just need to wait for search engines to crawl your site or request they recrawl your site.
